1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Glenadel Adventure Parks ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your use of our website glenadel.com and our adventure team building services.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Glenadel Adventure Parks provides corporate team building services through adventure-based activities including but not limited to:

• Zip lining adventures
• Team obstacle courses
• Rock climbing challenges
• Custom team challenges
• Adventure-based training programs
• Corporate retreat facilitation

All services are provided at our facilities located at 458C Sengkang W Rd, Singapore 793458 and other designated locations as specified in your booking agreement.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Our services are intended for corporate groups and adult participants. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are authorized to make reservations on behalf of your organization
• All information provided is accurate and complete

Participants under 18 years of age must have written parental consent and adult supervision throughout all activities.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Reservations

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of signed booking agreement and payment as specified.

4.2 Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Full payment is due 14 days before the scheduled activity date
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or company check
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

4.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that specific reservation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 30 days before activity: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before activity: 75% refund
• 7-14 days before activity: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before activity: No refund

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

In case of severe weather conditions that make activities unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone activities. In such cases, we will offer:

• Rescheduling to a mutually agreed date
• Full refund if rescheduling is not possible
• Modified indoor activities where available

6. Safety Requirements and Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition and free from medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities before participation.

6.2 Safety Compliance

All participants must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as specified
• Use all provided safety equipment correctly
• Refrain from participating under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Report any safety concerns immediately

6.3 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who:

• Fails to follow safety instructions
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Exhibits dangerous or inappropriate behavior
• Does not meet physical requirements for activities

7. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

7.1 Assumption of Risk

Adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or death. By participating, you acknowledge and assume these risks voluntarily.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glenadel Adventure Parks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7.3 Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage. However, participants are encouraged to have their own personal accident and health insurance coverage.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Glenadel Adventure Parks and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Photography and Media Release

We may photograph or video record activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt out in writing.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
